Delivery information

 

I Do Gel have offices in the UK, Ireland and Spain so we will dispatch from the location that will ensure you get your order the quickest.

 

All orders will be shipped within 24 hours of order being placed (Monday to Saturday). We do not post out or deliver on Sundays or Public Bank holidays. Please note that during busy periods dispatch times can be 1-2 working days. Please check our delivery rate below for more information..

Delivery cost is 3.99 for all orders.

If an item of your order is lost, damaged, delayed or arrived with some of the contents missing you must report to us by email 15 days after the order is placed. At this point we will contact the courier to investigate.

To ensure we offer a safe and efficient service you will be required to be able to accept the goods when the courier attempts to deliver, please ensure you provide a delivery address where someone will be able to accept your order. If for any reason a delivery is not possible, your order will be taken to the local depot of the courier and a card will be left for you to collect at the local depot or arrange a redelivery of the items.

Please note if the courier could not deliver your goods due to not being able to get an answer or a signature at your property then they will return this back to us, should we get a return then a refund will be issued excluding delivery cost.

 

Returns Policy

 You have a statutory right to cancel your order up to 14 days after the order is delivered. You don’t need to give a reason for cancelling, however, the item and its packaging must be unopened and unused and returned in the same condition it was received. We only accept returns from the person who bought the item and a proof of purchase will need to be provided to be eligible. You will be responsible for the return postage.  Refunds will be given within 14 days of receiving the goods back, the refund amount will exclude the cost of sending the item to you.

For any other reason (for instance, because you claim that the product is defective or damaged), a photo proof of the damaged item is necessary to be eligible for the return. This should be sent within 48 hours of receiving the damaged item to the above email address. 

Products returned by you because of a defect will be refunded or exchanged (exchanges are based on stock availability) in full, including a refund of the delivery charges for sending the item to you.

Without proof of the item being defective, refunds and exchanges cannot be issued.
